COVID-19 RESPONSE & POTENTIAL DELAYS

In the face of COVID-19, we have decided to scale back operations and pivot day to day operations in an attempt to limit in-person interactions. The safety of our production team and partners is of utmost importance to us and we are doing everything we can to ensure the well being of the RTJ family and community.
Unfortunately, this scaling back has caused various manufacturing and processing delays. We have implemented all of our resources to the best of our abilities during this unprecedented time to limit the impact on our customers and will be working around the clock (with plenty of social distancing) to continue to release and ship our collections. We hope these delays will be temporary and we will be updating the status of our delays below as the current social landscape changes.

EMBROIDERED COLLECTION - Please allow 10-15 business days for production.
INTERNATIONAL TRANSIT: Carriers are seeing up to 2-3 month delays in transit in some cases. Unfortunately we cannot change, cancel / refund you order once shipped.
ALL OTHER PROJECTS - please allow approximately an extra 5 business days to our normal production and processing times. Approximately 10-15 business days in total to allow time / space in our production timeline. This is due to social distancing rules in effect in our production facilities. You will receive tracking when your order is on its way
PLEASE NOTE: Delays are subject to change and can be further affected due to delays in transit. Unfortunately transit delays are out of our hands and are under the jurisdiction of the courier in charge of delivering your order.
