WHERE IS MY ORDER / COVID-19 DELAYS?
IF YOU ORDERED APPAREL, PLEASE NOTE THESE ARE MADE TO ORDER AND OUR CURRENT PRODUCTION TIMELINE IS 12-15 BUSINESS DAYS (NOT INCLUDING WEEKENDS) DUE TO THE IMPACT OF COVID-19 REGULATIONS. 
IF YOU ORDERED A PREORDER THEN THE SHIP DATE WILL BE INCLUDED IN THE PRODUCT PAGE AND ITS DESCRIPTION. 
IF YOUR TRACKING NUMBER HAS NOT UPDATED PLEASE BE ASSURED YOUR PACKAGE IS STILL ON ITS WAY. CARRIERS HAVE BEEN EXPERIENCING SEVERE DELAYS IN SCANS AND TRACKING UPDATES DUE TO COVID-19. WE HAVE SEEN DELAYS OF 1-2 WEEKS DOMESTICALLY AND UP TO 8-12 WEEKS INTERNATIONALLY. PLEASE KEEP AN EYE ON TRACKING AND DIRECT ANY QUESTIONS ON YOUR ORDER TO THE CARRIER HANDLING YOUR PACKAGE.

SHIPPING IS BASED ON THE WEIGHT OF YOUR PACKAGE AND YOUR DESTINATION.  TO FIND YOUR SHIPPING RATE, SIMPLY ADD WHAT YOU WOULD LIKE TO PURCHASE TO YOUR CART AND ENTER YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS. YOU WILL BE GIVEN YOUR SHIPPING RATE BEFORE CHECKING OUT.

I AM ORDERING OUTSIDE OF THE US, WILL I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS?
THESE FEES ARE IMPOSED BY YOUR COUNTRY'S CUSTOMS POLICIES AND SO WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPORT DUTIES AND/OR TAXES. THESE FEES ARE NOT SHIPPING COSTS AND WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER HOW THEY ARE APPLIED. PLEASE REACH OUT TO YOUR LOCAL CARRIER OR CUSTOMS OFFICE FOR MORE INFORMATION ON YOUR PACKAGE AND/OR PAY CUSTOMS FEES.  ONCE YOUR PACKAGE HAS CLEARED CUSTOMS IT WILL BE HANDED OFF TO YOUR LOCAL POSTAL SERVICE FOR IT'S FINAL LEG OF DELIVERY.
